Join us for a night of balance, alignment, and relaxation as we incorporate chakra healing with sound healing. This workshop will include discussions and practices to explore the seven major chakras, followed by a sound healing.
Journal pen, sleep mask and mat will be provided. Please bring a pillow and blanket if needed.
